In this contract position, you will deliver remote and deskside support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. With your background in IT and a focus on customer service, you will tackle desktop and laptop troubleshooting, installation, and configuration tasks. Your expertise in Microsoft products will be pivotal for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level remote support for desktop issues
• Perform hardware installation and setup for clients
• Analyze and document business and technical requirements
• Resolve second-level technical issues for hardware/software
• Deliver high-quality customer service within SLAs
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in technology
• Minimum four years of IT experience required
• Minimum three years in second-level support
• Advanced Microsoft knowledge for desktop support
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for clients
