About the Job you are considering:
We are seeking Smartcomms Business Analyst with strong expertise in Insurance domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
- 2-3 years of experience in Smart
COMM CCM platforms - Experience working in enterprise or large scale transformation projects
Your Skills:
- BRD FSD User Stories
- Data Mapping Documents
- Test Cases and UAT Signoffs
- Template Requirements Design Specifications
Nice to Have: - Experience in migration from legacy CCM tools to SmartCOMM
- Knowledge of document composition print streams and digital communications
- Exposure to cloud platforms Azure AWS .
Education
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field
- Certifications preferred
- CBAP CCBA
- Agile or Scrum certifications
