As the Digital Product and Delivery Manager, you will take charge of complex digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource capabilities. Your leadership will drive collaboration with cross-functional teams and enhance transparency within project processes. This role demands a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage various operational aspects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution of the Digital Banking delivery roadmap
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies across projects
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about project statuses
• Facilitate sprint planning and review sessions regularly
• Enhance the usage of digital tools for improved work tracking
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in a similar role within financial services
• Proven track record in project management and agile deliveries
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Comfortable leveraging technology for process enhancements
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate
