About the Role
We are looking for a senior leader to drive large-scale Analytics, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and GenAI engagements for global clients. The role will be responsible for delivery leadership, client relationship management, business growth, consulting, and building high-performing analytics organizations. The ideal candidate should have experience managing enterprise analytics portfolios, leading large teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes through Data, AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Analytics, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and GenAI programs for enterprise clients.
Own client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, solutioning, and consulting engagements.
Manage P&L, revenue growth, delivery governance, utilization, and profitability targets.
Build and scale high-performing teams comprising Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Analytics Consultants, and AI specialists.
Define analytics and AI transformation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, and Practice teams to support RFPs, solution design, and business development initiatives.
Establish delivery governance frameworks, operational excellence practices, and performance metrics.
Drive adoption of modern technologies including Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, GenAI, MLOps, and Analytics platforms.
Mentor future leaders and strengthen organizational capability in Data & AI.
Preferred Experience
12–25 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Decision Science, or Digital Transformation.
Proven leadership experience managing large-scale client engagements and global delivery teams.
Experience owning multi-million-dollar portfolios, revenue targets, and P&L responsibilities.
Strong background in Analytics Consulting, AI/ML Strategy, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Data Platforms.
Experience working with global clients across Banking, Financial Services, Fin Tech, Retail, E-commerce, Telecom, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Technology domains.
Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, MLOps, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Databricks, and modern data ecosystems is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, client engagement, and business growth initiatives.
Experience leading geographically distributed teams of 30+ professionals.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
MBA or advanced qualifications in Analytics, AI, Data Science, or Business Management preferred.
