We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) IT professional with 2-3 years of experience in support roles. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, image and deploy devices, and assist with audio-visual systems for meetings. Responsibilities also include managing inventory and responding to IT Helpdesk requests, both in person and through our ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose hardware/software problems on Apple and Windows devices
• Image and deploy laptops/desktops using MDM tools
• Support audio-visual systems for onsite and remote events
• Administer Okta, Google, and other software services
• Manage inventory for hardware and software
Requirements:
• 2-3+ years in IT support roles
• Strong knowledge of Apple and Windows systems
• Experience with ticket-based management systems
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds as needed
