Howden is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Subject Matter Expert to provide essential support to our global employees, mainly through remote communication and email. You will work closely with our 3rd party provider and ensure a high customer satisfaction rate.
The ideal candidate should have a strong IT background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage escalated incidents. This role includes supporting employees during core hours and after hours on a rota basis.
