Position: Senior Product Designer for Digital
Location: Greater London

About the role

We are seeking a proactive self‑starter with strong UX and UI experience who can balance user needs with business goals. You thrive on identifying new opportunities and championing design thinking to challenge established ideas.

Job Details
  • Salary: up to £65,000 depending on experience
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Working pattern/flexible working: Hybrid – approximately 3 days a week in office, remaining days work from home
  • Location: London Head Office, Pimlico (travel costs are the candidate’s responsibility)
Key Responsibilities
  • Work in a cross‑functional product team and produce all design artefacts – from discovery, journey mapping, wire framing and prototyping to final UI design details.
  • Deeply understand customers through user research, data analysis, surveys and other methods; use insights to build and validate designs.
  • Capture and analyse customer and business data, partner with user researchers and use findings to inform decisions.
  • Balance ideal experience with technical constraints, experimentation, and business risk.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops (Google Sprints, visioning, persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping).
  • Write user stories in Jira with clear goals, hypotheses, and acceptance criteria.
  • Contribute to and maintain a Design System; collaborate with developers on responsive designs, interactive states, motion and animation.
  • Deliver digital experiences that are accessible, intuitive, consistent and delightful – meeting W3C AA standards.
  • Perform QA testing – cross‑browser, cross‑device, in‑shop and digital touchpoints.
  • Advocate inclusive design solutions and accessibility compliance.
  • Engage with the Product Design Community – share feedback, knowledge and trends.
  • Own personal development and embrace change.
  • Champion diverse perspectives to create unbiased, smarter decisions.
  • Amplify the customer voice in all design work.
