Are you ready to develop your paid social expertise while driving performance for category-leading ecom and retail brands?
Lead social first strategy and execution for ambitious brandsAs a Paid Social Associate Specialist, you will drive real impact for clients by executing on strategy, owning campaign execution and optimisation, and driving performance across a portfolio of clients which include category-leading names like Wrangler Jeans, New Era and NUXE. You’ll collaborate with the wider s360 Group to bring big ideas to life while focusing on delivering tangible results.
To give you an idea of how you’ll spend your time, the role spans four key pillars:
- Execution:
Drive daily performance across Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest and Snap by maintaining rigorous setup standards, accurate spend pacing, and continuous testing to optimize results based on real-time data and platform innovation.
- Reporting:
Analyse performance data and platform insights to report back to the client, working closely with Account Managers to translate data into effective solutions and clear narratives to present to the client.
- Strategy:
Contribute to client strategy alongside supporting Senior Specialists across 5-6 clients, helping to develop growth-oriented roadmaps and test plans that drive channel impact, with the goal of independently leading overtime.
- Training:
Maintain deep platform knowledge through continuous upskilling and the s360 induction program.
We are looking for someone who is action oriented, driven by performance and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are motivated by the challenge of growing eCommerce brands and possess the strategic mindset to understand how different channels work together to create measurable results.
While we do not believe in rigid checklists, we imagine you bring the following to the team:
- Platform expertise: 1-3 years experience navigating platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
- Campaign Precision: A commitment to driving best in class setup, rigorous quality assurance, and precise pacing accuracy.
- Technical & Proactive Mindset: A proactive mindset and a passion for staying embedded in the technical details that drive real performance.
- Strategic, Testing-Led Growth: A track record of driving Paid Social performance, by developing performance-driven roadmaps and with continuous testing.
