We are seeking Senior Workplace Engineers with experience across End User Technologies, with core expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) and SharePoint. This role is part of the growing End User Services UK department supporting multiple high‑profile clients within the Capgemini portfolio. You will work as a forward‑thinking M365 / MDM Senior Engineer, performing a broad range of tasks across Collaborative Systems, Applications, Standard Operating Environments, and Enterprise Systems.

The places you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and the business. It will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100 % of the time.
Your role- Undertake performance monitoring, tuning, fault diagnosis, incident and request resolution, including support for the team to undertake such tasks.
- Support and manage scheduling of project work tasks and liaise with project managers to achieve planned deliverables.
- Automate repeat tasks to create efficiency and remove error.
- Troubleshoot with and support M365 and MDM team members to achieve BAU SLA commitments.
- Produce working documentation / HLD for toolset or service configuration.
- Take involvement and leadership of new IT Infrastructure projects.
- Work across clients to share subject matter knowledge and experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive, and Exchange.
- Expertise in M365 administration, configuration, and tenant management.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in M365 environments.
- Experience with SharePoint site architecture, permissions, content management, and document libraries.
