Your Mission

As a Sales Director in our SAP Business Group, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery to help clients unlock value from large‑scale SAP transformations.
Your daily work- Build trusted relationships with C‑suite clients
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with executive stakeholders to guide them through End‑to‑end SAP S/4
HANA transformations and operations deals. Your ability to connect at the highest level ensures alignment and trust throughout the deal lifecycle. - Design differentiated SAP solutions in collaboration
Work closely with SAP, customers, and Accenture leadership to create tailored solutions that address complex business needs. You’ll focus on two key areas:- End‑to‑end SAP S/4
HANA transformations—guiding CXOs through visioning, shaping, and closing complex programs - Large SAP Run & Operations engagements—leading sales for managed services, AMS, and captive set‑ups with measurable business impact.
- End‑to‑end SAP S/4
- Drive deal strategy and leverage SAP innovation
Lead the development of winning deal strategies and communicate value through compelling executive storytelling. Stay ahead of SAP advancements, such as S/4
HANA, BTP, and embedded AI, to ensure clients benefit from the latest innovations. Lead sales for managed services, AMS, and captive set‑ups with measurable business impact.
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in SAP transformation sales
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Additional Master degree will be an added advantage.
- Prior delivery experience in delivery of large‑scale SAP programs or operations engagements is a plus.
- Proven success in large deal origination and closure, with an understanding of how to position value in complex SAP landscapes
- Strong executive presence, influencing skills, and a genuine drive to make things happen
- Fluent in English and German
