Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee health and milestones of internal and partner implementations

• Establish and promote project governance standards

• Contribute to tool development for efficient partner delivery

• Act as the main accountability point for customer lifecycle health

• Draft, manage, and align commercial documentation accurately

Requirements:

• 5+ years in program or project management

• Relevant project management certification like PMP

• Experience with SaaS implementation life cycles

• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills

• Interest in AI-driven performance enhancements
