As a critical part of Syngenta's Ease of Doing Business program, you will serve as the main link between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your responsibilities include managing the full implementation lifecycle of customer redemption processes and optimizing user experience through effective Salesforce solutions and user collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with stakeholders on user-focused solutions
• Manage full implementation lifecycle support
• Optimize the Salesforce Channel Revenue Management platform
• Conduct impact analysis on redemption process changes
• Lead change management for increased user adoption
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform administration experience
• Proven project and change management expertise
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools
• Familiarity with data architecture and integration
• Understanding of user testing and deployment cycles
