Kognitiv is looking for a consultant with expertise in Workday payroll implementations to analyze requirements and provide strategic recommendations. You will conduct collaborative sessions with clients, facilitate testing sessions, and deliver top-tier customer service. Your ability to manage various client needs within a fast-paced environment will be crucial in completing successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and execute Workday Payroll solutions tailored to clients

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and propose enhancements

• Guide clients through formal testing scenarios and configurations

• Develop documentation to support client knowledge transfer

• Foster strong client relationships while meeting project deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in Workday Payroll consultancy

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proven track record of managing complex projects

• Experience with Workday Time Tracking or Absence is a plus

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and remote collaboration
