Description Head of IT - Birmingham
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of IT to lead our IT department and drive technology initiatives aligned with the strategic goals of the firm. The Head of IT will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems and infrastructure.
Your Profile- Network infrastructure management.
- System administration and maintenance.
- Cybersecurityprotocols and measures.
- Software and application deployment and management.
- IT project management.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management roles.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with Omnissa Horizon preferred.
- Possess excellent problem‑solving skills and be willing to take ownership of IT‑related issues.
- Bring a proactive approach to technology advancements and innovations.
- Have experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Hold relevant certifications.
- A candidate who can seamlessly integrate into our IT infrastructure and provide immediate contributions.
- Understanding of legal technology requirements and compliance standards.
- Willingness to take on the responsibility of managing IT projects and initiatives.
