Become a pivotal part of post-go-live operations as a Senior Functional Analyst specializing in SAP S/4

HANA RISE. This fully remote role focuses on enhancing system functionalities while troubleshooting and supporting ongoing user needs.
As a skilled Functional Analyst, you'll ensure effective use of the EAM module through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include addressing user inquiries, system performance monitoring, and implementing necessary enhancements while navigating the complexities of asset management. Your analytical skills will drive continuous improvement in operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing post-go-live support and issue resolution

• Assist with user training and guidance for effective process understanding

• Identify enhancement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders

• Maintain and update documentation on processes and support procedures

• Develop reports and dashboards for performance metrics tracking
Requirements:

• Proven experience with SAP S/4

HANA and Fiori

• Strong knowledge of Asset Lifecycle and Inventory Management

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• SAP certification in EAM desirable
