aryWe are seeking an experienced Design Lead to drive the end-to-end product and user experience design of a next-generation hospital platform covering Registration, OPD, IPD, Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Billing, Consent Management, Work Queues, and Administrati
on.
The Design Lead will be responsible for transforming complex clinical and operational workflows into intuitive, scalable, and production-ready user experienc
es.

• Lead overall UX, UI, and product design strate
gy.
• Design end-to-end workflows for hospital operatio
ns.
• Define information architecture, navigation, and interaction standar
ds.
• Design dynamic, metadata-driven screen experienc
es.
• Develop and govern the platform design system and component libra
ry.
• Design queue-based operational workflows and dashboar
ds.
• Design operational display boards for OPD, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Laborato
ry.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, detailed screen specifications, and developer-ready desig
ns.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians, operations teams, architects, product managers, and enginee
rs.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, scalability, and consistency across all modul
es.
Required Experie
nce
• 10+ years in Product Design, UX/UI, or Enterprise Application Desi
gn.
• 5+ years leading hospital enterprise software design initiativ
es.
• Experience with healthcare, hospital, EMR/EHR, or clinical workflow systems preferr
ed.
• Strong experience designing workflow-intensive operational platfor
ms.
• Proven expertise in design systems, dashboards, and role-based applicatio
ns.
Preferred Sk
ills
• Healthcare domain knowle
dge.
• Experience with metadata-driven or low-code platfo
rms.
• Understanding of workflow engines, RBAC, and configurable syst
ems.
• Familiarity with ABDM, HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standa
rds.
• Experience designing queue-based operational environme
nts.
