Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Focused Run Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and operation of SAP Focused Run (FRUN). The successful candidate will help enable proactive monitoring, alerting, and automation across complex SAP landscapes, ensuring SLA adherence and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Install, configure, and maintain SAP Focused Run (FRUN)
✅ Set up system, interface, job, and user experience monitoring
✅ Configure alerting frameworks and monitoring dashboards
✅ Enable end-to-end technical monitoring across SAP environments
✅ Define KPIs, thresholds, and alert parameters
✅ Implement automation and optimize monitoring templates
✅ Integrate systems using Simple System Integration (SSI)
✅ Support incident management and root cause analysis (RCA)
✅ Generate operational reports for SLA compliance and governance
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Focused Run (FRUN) and SAP Solution Manager (Sol Man)
Deep SAP BASIS expertise
Experience configuring monitoring and alerting solutions
Knowledge of SAP landscapes including S/4
HANA, ECC, and BW
Understanding of ITIL-based operational processes
The customer is specifically looking for candidates with strong, hands-on experience in FRUN monitoring, including System, Application, Interface, and User Experience Monitoring, along with expertise in dashboarding and custom metrics.
Preferred Skills
⭐ Exposure to SAP BTP monitoring
⭐ Automation and scripting experience

Experience & Qualifications
✔ 12+ years of SAP experience with significant Focused Run expertise
✔ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
