IT Services Senior Manager

Position: IT Services Senior Manager Hybrid Role
Lead IT service delivery as a Senior Manager at CC&L Financial Group. Drive process excellence and improve client satisfaction in a hybrid environment.
This role is critical for managing the delivery and quality of IT services, ensuring they align with business operations and stakeholder expectations. You will guide a high-performing team while maintaining effective communication between technical experts and business units. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving operational maturity and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee service management practices across IT

• Monitor and manage daily IT service operations

• Lead collaboration with technical teams on improvements

• Implement continuous improvement strategies

• Manage vendor performance and service contracts
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology or Business

• Over 10 years in service management

• At least 5 years leading teams in IT

• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies preferred

• Strong communication and leadership aptitude
