Role OverviewSenior Enablement Lead (Analytics, CRO & Personalisation)
We need a senior leader to drive data collection and activation for our most exciting clients, building a single customer view and integrating it with activation platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary interface for clients, delivering work streams across the six core enablement services (data collection, tag management, analytics, CRO, personalisation, omni‑channel orchestration).
- Ensure all client requirements are understood, documented and validated.
- Provide strategic guidance on measurement, optimisation and activation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve client data maturity and support digital experience strategy and tool selection.
- Deliver training support and advanced capability coaching for Adobe analytics tools.
- Oversee data collection initiatives, including requirements documentation, design review, implementation plans and QA.
- Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders to meet deliverable deadlines and quality standards.
- Support data activation and optimisation initiatives: lead experimentation, A/B tests, personalisation, omni‑channel journey design, and analyse results to recommend improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics (admin functions & Work spaces).
- 1+ year in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (preferred).
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft office tools, spreadsheets and slide decks.
- Proactive, excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) and task management skills.
- Experience managing complex projects and communicating to decision makers.
- Ability to support cross‑work streams from data collection to data activation.
