The employer is a decentralized, non-custodial liquidity market protocol allowing users to lend and borrow cryptocurrencies, deposit digital assets into pools to earn interest or use them as collateral to borrow other crypto assets, with features including flash loans, stable/variable interest rates, and governance via the company's token.

They are hiring a Growth Relations Manager (Remote/Hybrid in London - UK or New York - USA) to drive liquidity growth by building and managing relationships with high-value liquidity providers, from institutional funds to on-chain native capital. You’ll identify and engage key allocators, craft tailored value propositions, and support them in deploying and optimizing capital.

This is a highly strategic, externally facing role that blends relationship management with on-chain fluency. You’ll work closely with BD and incentives teams to convert pipeline into TVL, while building a scalable approach to growth from the ground up.

• Identifying and approaching high-value liquidity providers: institutional funds, DAOs, protocol treasuries, family offices, and on-chain whales
• Using on-chain data and analytics to build targeted outreach lists and understand capital flow patterns
• Structuring the narrative and value proposition for different LP profiles (institutional vs. on-chain native)
• Managing ongoing relationships with key LPs: onboarding support, yield optimization guidance, escalation handling
• Coordinating with BD and incentives teams to create tailored LP acquisition packages
• Tracking LP pipeline and reporting on TVL attribution from growth efforts

• Comfortable in institutional relationship conversations and fluent on-chain (highly familiar with on-chain data, loop strategies, aToken mechanics, risk parameters)
• Experience in a capital markets, treasury, or institutional BD role within DeFi or Trad Fi-meets-DeFi, in particular on the lending and borrowing world.
• Strong existing network among DeFi-native treasuries, institutional allocators, or custodians a strong plus
• Extremely strong DeFi knowledge - in particular on the lending and borrowing world
• Data-driven approach to identifying and prioritizing LP targets
• Self-starter who can build the LP growth function largely from scratch

• Contract:
  
  Permanent role - Hybrid London (UK) / New York (USA) or Full remote worldwide.
• Base salary + tokens (4-year grant back waited schedule) + cash bonus (based on company revenue and multiplier based on performance and seniority)
