Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, administering, and enhancing enterprise productivity solutions, ensuring secure, scalable, and seamless user experiences across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, and One Drive.
Manage and maintain Slack environments, ensuring platform stability, security, and user adoption.
Implement and support collaboration, communication, and productivity solutions across the enterprise.
Drive governance, compliance, and security best practices within the M365 ecosystem.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues related to M365 and collaboration platforms.
Support rollout of new features, platform enhancements, and adoption initiatives.
Participate in technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring activities.
Required Skills
5–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Microsoft 365 (M365)
SharePoint Online
Microsoft Exchange Online
Microsoft Teams
One Drive
Slack Administration
Good understanding of security, compliance, and governance within M365.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex collaboration platform issues.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and governance frameworks.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Prior experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical initiatives.
