Overview
Work Location:
Remote Work in Canada but occasional trips to visit client onsite
-travel expenses will be covered by client
- Act as a trusted advisor to external stakeholders and project teams, supporting ERP implementations
- Lead consulting efforts on large-scale projects involving multiple consultants, while mentoring and guiding junior team members
- Analyze business requirements and provide deep functional expertise across targeted finance areas
- Optimize and streamline business processes to maximize ROI within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform
- Deliver end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of ERP solutions
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and high-quality delivery
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s logistics operations, challenges, and strategic goals
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
- Embrace digital tools and innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement
- Continuously expand your knowledge through ongoing learning and professional development
- 3+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with a strong focus on Finance modules
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes
- Exposure to additional functional areas such as Trade & Logistics, Sales, or Human Resources is an asset
- Relevant Dynamics 365 F&O/AX certifications are considered an asset
- Experience working with ISVs (e.g., SKG) is preferred
- Strong functional expertise in finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Fixed Assets, Multi-entity and multi-currency environments
- Knowledge of budgeting, project budgeting, and project accounting
- Experience with process analysis, redesign, and documentation
- Hands-on experience with functional design, system configuration, and process alignment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of inspiring confidence in clients and teams
