We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the Techhub team as a QA Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in testing our next‑generation FTB platforms. The Techhub team is responsible for developing the platform’s OS user interface, interacting with the Exchange ecosystem, and managing job execution and test results.

• As part of an Agile team, contribute to the development of next‑generation FTB platforms within the Techhub team.
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases to validate platform features.
• Identify edge cases and define clear acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Write detailed and well‑structured descriptions of issues identified during testing and review them with the team.
• Investigate, analyze, and help resolve functional and performance issues.
• Design and implement automated test cases in a Git Lab environ ment, primarily using a BDD approach.

• University degree, or equivalent job experience
• 2+ years QA testing in a high‑technology environ ment
• Strong experience working in a Linux environ ment
• Hands‑on experience with test automation using Python
• High level of autonomy and resourcefulness
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience managing automated tests and software versioning using Git Lab is an asset
• Experience in BDD (Behavior‑Driven Development) testing is an asset
• Experience automating tests using Flutter/Dart is an asset
• Experience in the telecommunications field is an asset
• Familiarity with product management tools such as  is a plus
• Agile Certification or Experience is desirable but not required
• Bilingual French and English
• Legally authorized to work in Canada

Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et hautement motivée pour se joindre à l’équipe Techhub à titre d’analyste en assurance qualité (QA). Dans ce rôle, vous jouez un rôle clé dans les activités de test de nos plateformes FTB de nouvelle génération.

L’équipe Techhub est responsable du développement de l’interface utilisateur du système d’exploitation de la plateforme, de l’intégration avec l’écosystème Exchange, ainsi que de la gestion de l’exécution des tâches et des résultats de tests.

• En tant que membre d’une équipe Agile, contribuer au développement des plateformes FTB de nouvelle génération au sein de l’équipe Techhub.
• Concevoir et exécuter des cas de test manuels et automatisés afin de valider les fonctionnalités de la plateforme.
• Identifier les cas limites (edge cases) et définir des critères d’acceptation clairs pour les récits utilisateurs.
• Rédiger des descriptions détaillées et bien structurées des anomalies identifiées lors des tests, et en discuter avec l’équipe.
• Investiguer, analyser et contribuer à la résolution des problèmes fonctionnels et de performance.
• Concevoir et mettre en place des cas de test automatisés dans un environnement Git Lab, principalement à l’aide d’une approche BDD (Behavior‑Driven Development).

• Diplôme universitaire ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en assurance qualité (QA) dans un environnement de haute technologie.
• Solide expérience de travail dans un environnement Linux.
• Expérience pratique en automatisation de tests à l’aide de Python.
• Grand sens de l’autonomie et de la débrouillardise.
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en négociation et en résolution de problèmes.
