The Functional QA will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Digital Commerce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications through comprehensive functional, integration, and regression testing.
This role involves close collaboration with product, development, and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality releases while maintaining strong ownership of testing activities and defect management.
Responsibilities:
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for Digital Commerce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications.
Participate in requirements grooming sessions and review functional specifications.
Create, manage, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
Manage defects throughout the full bug lifecycle, ensuring accurate reporting, prioritization, and closure.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Contribute to release readiness and represent QA during sprint reviews and release sign-offs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure complete testing coverage across all dependent systems.
Requirement/Must Have:
Three or more years of manual testing experience on digital platforms with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of functional testing concepts.
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Solid understanding of SDLC and test management processes.
Conceptual understanding of API architecture.
Experience using JIRA or other defect tracking tools.
Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
Strong knowledge of requirements grooming, release processes, and bug lifecycle management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Should Have:
Experience in the retail or wholesale food distribution industry.
Exposure to API or automation tools such as Ready
API or Postman.
Exposure to any automation frameworks.
