Bupa is seeking an IT Service Desk professional in Bristol to provide technical support and maintain service excellence across various IT operations. You will be responsible for logging tickets, assisting users with hardware and software issues, and collaborating with the IT department on complex problems.
The position requires familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and hardware troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of customer service and will be responsible for on-call duties for P1 incidents.
