Senior IT Specialist

Position: Senior IT Specialist - Hybrid Role at Dialogue
Join Dialogue’s mission in health technology as a Senior IT Specialist. Work in a hybrid environment leading security, infrastructure, and operational enhancements focused on macOS.

Your role will involve overseeing IT operations, reporting to the Manager of IT Operations & Security. You will manage senior escalations and lead comprehensive IT projects. Your expertise will enhance how employees utilize systems and devices while ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced support for endpoint management issues

• Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle and documentation

• Coordinate Okta, Google Workspace, and SaaS app management

• Support MDM-related device management workflows

• Strategize improvements in IT delivery and integrations

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT support and operations roles

• Extensive experience with macOS environments

• Scripting skills and programming knowledge

• Understanding of cloud fundamentals (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Familiarity with MDM solutions and infrastructure-as-code practices
