Location: Mount Pearl
Pulse Labs is looking for a skilled Technical Writer/Trainer for a 6-month remote contract. Work with a leading UX research firm supported by Google and Amazon to develop enriching documentation.
As a Technical Writer/Trainer, you will strengthen both internal and external documentation resources. With at least 2 years of relevant experience, your contributions will be essential in helping onboard new staff and facilitating their understanding of product functionalities. You will capture evolving content requirements tied closely to platform updates while ensuring stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop user-friendly help documentation and FAQs
• Create technical guides for internal teams
• Ensure documentation reflects new product features
• Work with Product and Engineering for updates
• Manage the documentation lifecycle from start to finish
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in relevant technical or writing roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to engage all stakeholders through communication
• Experience with digital documentation tools
