You will be on the front lines, diagnosing and resolving customer issues related to our Justride platform. Collaborating closely with various teams, you’ll manage incidents and conduct both remote and in-person training, enhancing user familiarity and platform reliability. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as contact for 1st and 2nd line support
• Troubleshoot incidents and communicate with customers
• Maintain ongoing communications during incident management
• Provide training assistance and contribute to product enhancements
• Create technical documentation and support materials
Requirements:
• Experience in a technical support or engineering environment
• Fluent in French and English for customer interaction
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in dynamic contexts
• Nice to have:
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS
