Position: Medium Voltage Products Supervisor, Remote Support
Job Description  You will manage a team of Technical Support specialists who provide support for all Medium Voltage Products and for French Canada Product Support. You will supervise the Medium Voltage Support teams located in Canada and the USA, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and providing remote support for repair systems on a remote technical approach. You may also be involved in customer installation and training program discussions.

The role includes selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function and reporting to the Manager, Global Remote Support. A hybrid schedule based in Cambridge, ON, Canada applies.
Responsibilities   Develop a sustainable strategy and lead implementation of integrated support into MV products and other product families.
Improve support process efficiency, customer satisfaction, and application of tools for management and optimization.
Supervise engineers responding to situations where standard procedures have failed to isolate or fix problems in non-functioning equipment or systems.
Establish and communicate with Customer Care teams, Product Management, Project Management, R&D teams, Manufacturing test teams and Quality teams, and other teams for Medium Voltage Products.
Ensure technical support engineers are current with the latest upgrades and new releases.
Engage and keep the team engaged in continuous improvement projects.
Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
Essentials   Bachelor’s Degree in a technical area.
Legal authorization to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship).
Preferred   2+ years of management experience.
Experience leading core Medium Voltage Drives support engineers.
Experience managing escalation of issues to resolution and achieving KPIs.
Compensation  Base salary $92,080 – $128,120 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary.
