As part of the IT team, you'll independently manage Windows and Mac environments, sustaining high security and performance standards. Proficiently operate helpdesk tools like Jira for tracking requests and adhere to established escalation protocols while supporting Microsoft 365 applications, PKMS, and AV equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver onsite and remote technical assistance to users
• Monitor support requests through Jira, ensuring timely resolution
• Manage device security and lifecycle for Windows and Mac
• Administer identity management with OKTA and Microsoft 365
• Collaborate on deployment and implementation of new technologies
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules
• Support experience in Windows 11 and macOS
• Familiarity with deployment and device management tools
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
