Ramsdens Solicitors LLP is seeking a full-time IT Support Analyst to join their team at the Brighouse administrative centre. This role requires providing professional IT support across multiple sites in Yorkshire, addressing both hardware and software issues, and assisting approximately 330 users.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in an IT support role, with a strong focus on customer service. Previous experience in a legal environment is highly desirable. This office-based position includes occasional travel for on-site support.
