A leading logistics company in Kitchener is seeking a Sr. IT Support Specialist to install and support computers and peripherals. This role includes troubleshooting for local and remote sites, and participation in IT projects. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills, experience with various technologies, and excellent customer service abilities. A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, along with A+/Network+ certifications.

The position offers a salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 and a comprehensive benefits plan.
