In this role, you'll work closely with various teams to address production issues and improve our applications' reliability. Your expertise will facilitate incident mitigation, backlog ticket creation, and the enhancement of operational processes. Contribute to cutting-edge health technology and help save lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate application logs and database queries for issues
• Validate incident impacts and make safe code changes
• Work with teams to define clear technical actions
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting documentation
• Drive improvements for better observability and performance
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant engineering role
• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core / C# and Java Script
• Solid understanding of SQL basics with SQL Server
• Experience with cloud technologies, especially Azure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
