Job Description & How to Apply Below

RHEI is a creator economy company advancing the industry by helping creators, media companies, and brands find success through digital content. We provide end-to-end solutions to help creators and media companies grow their audiences and revenue, while helping brands connect to hard-to-reach digital fans. Our proprietary technologies leverage generative AI, machine learning, digital signal processing and big data to power our platform and ecosystem, and we are the largest multi-vertical video publisher in the world, reaching 30 billion monthly views and 600 million monthly unique viewers.

About the role:

RHEI is seeking an experienced Senior Hub Spot Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in owning, architecting, and scaling our Hub Spot ecosystem. Moving beyond standard administration, this position requires deep technical expertise to manage complex automations, platform architecture, and custom API integrations.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands‑on development capabilities, adept at designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions that power our sales, marketing, and service operations. You will be responsible for the full technical lifecycle of our Hub Spot platform, from strategic roadmap development to data governance and integration with other business‑critical systems.

As RHEI is a high‑growth company, you should enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, high‑change environment. RHEI has a remote work model, which offers the best work‑life balance.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Hub Spot Strategy & Architecture:
  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Hub Spot platform (Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs), ensuring alignment with executive‑level business goals.
  • Design, build, and maintain a scalable Hub Spot architecture, including custom objects, data modelling, and governance policies to ensure data integrity.
  • Act as the primary technical expert and subject matter authority for all Hub Spot‑related initiatives, enhancements, and escalations.
2. Technical Development & API Integration:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of custom API integrations between Hub Spot and other business systems (e.g., internal platforms, finance systems).
  • Manage and troubleshoot existing integrations, demonstrating an ability to "look under the hood" to solve complex technical problems.
  • Develop and deploy custom‑coded workflows, serverless functions, and other advanced solutions to meet business requirements that are not achievable with no‑code tools.
  • Scope and implement new third‑party tools and applications within the Hub Spot ecosystem.
3. Platform Management & Optimization:
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end administration of the Hub Spot platform, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to define, refine, and automate complex business processes.
  • Develop and maintain advanced automation, workflows, sequences, and templates to improve team efficiency.
  • Oversee lead management processes, including optimizing lead scoring, routing, and tracking.
4. Advanced Reporting & Analytics:
  • Build and maintain executive‑level dashboards and reports to track KPIs, pipeline progress, and platform ROI.
  • Analyze platform data to provide deep, actionable insights to leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement:
  • Partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of tools and strategies.
  • Mentor and support team members on Hub Spot best practices, new features, and technical processes.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements for non‑technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of hands‑on experience in marketing/sales operations or CRM administration (upgraded from 2-4 years).
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Hub Spot (all hubs), including complex workflows, custom reporting, and security/data management.
  • Proven experience developing and integrating APIs with Hub Spot and other third‑party systems.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data modelling, and development principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support both technical and non‑technical users.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) is a plus.
