Join nesto as a Service Delivery Manager with a focus on building B2B service delivery processes. This remote role emphasizes incident and change management frameworks.
The selected candidate will leverage over eight years of expertise to establish a foundation for our new service delivery team. Key responsibilities include managing SLAs and presenting operational reports to enterprise partners. You’ll also engage in an on-call rotation to ensure reliability in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute operational frameworks for services
• Identify patterns for problem management from incidents
• Oversee SLA reporting from inception to delivery
• Represent nesto in enterprise client communications
• Implement AI strategies in operational workflows
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including 3 in service delivery
• Proven expertise in incident and SLA reporting
• Familiarity with financial penalty SLAs
• Client-interaction experience in a SaaS setting
• Strong and assertive communication abilities
