Key Responsibilities:

• Administer remote monitoring and management tools

• Maintain documentation for IT processes and infrastructure

• Implement and verify patching procedures

• Develop automation scripts in Power Shell

• Monitor and improve cybersecurity measures

Requirements:

• Experience in a Managed Services Provider environment

• Proficient in RMM, PSA, and related tools

• Knowledge of multi-OS environments (Windows, macOS, Linux)

• Familiarity with IdP/SSO solutions and authentication protocols

• Strong communication skills with clients
