Overview

The Business Analyst will contribute to the business analysis activities on a large transformation programme. The role involves gathering, validating and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops with business and technical subject‑matter experts, mapping complex data/information and business processes, creating process maps and supporting change management to ensure digital and business solutions meet requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake strategic analysis activities to ensure solutions meet requirements and satisfy quality expectations.
  • Gather, validate and document requirements by facilitating workshops with technical and business subject‑matter experts.
  • Map complex data/information and business processes and create process maps using schematic diagrams to align stakeholders on change impacts and efficiency opportunities.
  • Support and manage the changes introduced during the transformation programme.

This is a fixed‑term contract position based in Portsmouth, first day required in‑office with the option for remote working. Full‑time hours are expected; reduced hours may be considered.
