Nestmed is looking for a full-time Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. With at least three years of experience in technical support, you'll be the first point of contact for users in need of assistance via Zendesk.

Your role is pivotal in troubleshooting issues, categorizing tickets, and translating feedback to improve product usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support via email, chat, and phone

• Troubleshoot user-reported issues effectively

• Triage and categorize inbound support tickets

• Translate user feedback into actionable product insights

• Collaborate with Customer Success for proactive support

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in technical support or client-facing roles

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk and reporting bugs

• Understanding of healthcare tech, EHR systems, or clinical workflows
