  • Coordinate and facilitate project planning sessions with internal teams and client stakeholders to define objectives and execution roadmaps.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project progress, ensuring timely delivery while proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support solution proposals, RFPs, and proof-of-concept (PoC) activities, including design and review phases.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure accurate reporting using standardized metrics and dashboards.
  • Conduct regular project status reviews and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Continuously improve project delivery processes, methodologies, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure proper coordination of cross-functional teams and alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or digital transformation environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with strong domain knowledge required.
  • Proven experience managing full project life cycles in client-facing, complex implementation projects.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience in enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms, with technical awareness considered an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be based in Canada and able to work in a fully remote setup.
Benefits

  • Fully remote work with flexibility.
  • Opportunity to work with leading global insurance enterprises and cutting-edge insurtech solutions.
  • Exposure to international teams and a diverse, multicultural work environment.
  • Learning and development support to enhance professional growth.
  • Flexible leave policy supporting work-life balance.
  • Remote work allowance and additional employee support programs.
  • Participation in company events, initiatives, and team activities.
