Position: Senior IT Network Analyst - VC3 Remote
Location: Fort Simpson

With a strong focus on customer results, you'll implement and troubleshoot networking solutions, addressing service requests effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to complex incidents with urgency and expertise

• Configure and maintain networks with high performance

• Conduct firmware updates and manage network access

• Identify recurring issues and initiate problem tickets

• Document all client communications and troubleshooting efforts

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of relevant networking experience

• Deep understanding of WLANs, VPNs, and firewalls

• Mandatory two networking certifications (CCNA, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
