Position: Senior Business Analyst Contract Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and document business needs within Service Now

• Coordinate effectively with Business Analysts and Engineers

• Ensure integration of Configuration Management processes

• Implement SDLC practices aligned with ITIL

• Communicate and refine requirements with relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years with Service Now CMDB data model (CSDM)

• 5+ years in Service Now ITSM and ITOM discovery

• Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments

• Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

• Knowledgeable in business application architecture
