Key Responsibilities:

• Create authentic consulting project scenarios based on real-world dynamics

• Develop discrete AI-driven consulting tasks reflecting real project work

• Establish evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks for tasks

• Implement grading systems to assess AI-generated outputs

• Work independently in a remote team of accomplished consultants

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a top-tier consulting role

• Proven structured and hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills

• Proficient at clarifying ambiguous problems into analysis steps

• Keen attention to logical consistency

• B2+ level in written English
