• 6+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; familiarity with W3C standards.
• Attention to code quality, efficiency, and design.
• Experience writing unit tests, TDD, BDD; comfortable with tools such as Mocha, Karma, Chai, and Sinon.
• Deep understanding of modern web platforms, including web components and progressive web apps.
• Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js, or Svelte) and solid grasp of its core principles.
• Ability to meet system service levels for availability, security, and performance.
• Experience with Lit Element is a plus.
• Experience using Azure pipelines for CI/CD.
• Mentorship and coaching experience for fellow developers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Can work independently or collaboratively, depending on needs.
