Become the driving force in Agile delivery as a Lead Release Train Engineer at Manulife in Waterloo, Ontario. This hybrid position focuses on streamlining tasks across multiple Agile teams for better outcomes.
In this Director-level role, you will lead Agile delivery within the Agile Release Train, ensuring that collaboration and continuous improvement are at the forefront. Partnering with various functional leaders, your efforts will aim to align strategy with efficient execution and high-quality delivery. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will be critical in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize the flow of work across teams in Agile Release Train
• Facilitate Program Increment Planning and retrospectives
• Translate business needs into actionable objectives
• Address risks and provide strategic recommendations
• Mentor teams in Agile best practices
Requirements:
• 8+ years' experience in Agile delivery
• Hands-on expertise with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience in coordinating large-scale planning efforts
• Familiarity with Agile metrics and governance practices
• Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills
