The AHA Centre seeks a Technical Consultant for the Update of the ASEAN Joint Disaster Response Plan (AJDRP). This remote role involves updating the AJDRP based on evolving regional contexts, ensuring effective multi-stakeholder engagement and reflecting lessons learned from past disaster responses.
Candidates must have a master’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in disaster management or coordination. The consultancy period lasts four months starting August 1, 2026, with possible meetings at the AHA Centre.
