Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Technology Analyst to manage, maintain, and enhance our People systems, with a primary focus on SAP Success Factors.

This is a key role within the People team, responsible for ensuring the People Tech landscape supports efficient, data-driven decision-making and provides an excellent employee experience. You will act as a subject matter expert for Success Factors, working closely with the People Team, IT, and external vendors.

Job Duties People Technology Management
  • Own the day-to-day administration of SAP Success Factors, including system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions in line with governance policies.
  • Manage business rules, workflows, role-based permissions (RBP), MDF objects, and picklists.
  • Maintain system documentation including configuration workbooks, process maps, and data dictionaries.
  • Perform regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
  • Oversee data imports/exports, including mass data uploads using templates and import tools.
  • Review and assess SAP Success Factors biannual releases, identifying impacts and opportunities.
  • Coordinate testing cycles (UAT/SIT) and manage deployment of new features.
  • Maintain and manage test environments, including refreshes and test data setup
Process Improvement & Optimisation
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through system enhancements and automation.
  • Lead or support the implementation of new modules or system upgrades.
  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to the People team and wider business.
  • Leverage system capabilities (e.g. workflows, notifications, business rules) to improve efficiency.
  • Support data migrations, system integrations, and testing activities.
  • Assist with change management, communications, and training during system changes.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain advanced reports using Success Factors reporting tools (Ad Hoc, Canvas, Story Reporting).
  • Develop dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI or similar.
  • Provide insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support regulatory and internal reporting requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with SAP Success Factors (e.g. Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0).
  • Strong understanding of People processes and data structures.
  • Experience in People systems administration and configuration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Exposure to People transformation or system implementation projects.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
