GSF Car Parts is looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst in Chester, serving as the first point of contact for IT support. You will assist internal and external customers with technical issues, providing excellent customer service while resolving queries or escalating complex issues as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and basic IT knowledge. Experience in customer service is preferred but not a requirement. This role offers a dynamic work environment with the possibility of shift work.
