Ready to make noise and drive impact? As Marketing Executive at Appello, you’ll power digital campaigns that build our brand, fuel growth, and connect us with the housing and care sectors that matter most.

Location:

Hybrid New Milton, Hampshire, UK – 2 days a month in office.

Working hours:

35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. Salary:
Up to £25,500 per annum, depending on experience.

Start date:

April/May 2026.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Hands‑on experience managing and optimising Linked In Ads campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of Hub Spot (CRM and Marketing Hub).
  • End‑to‑end email marketing experience – from design and automation to reporting.
  • Confident B2B copywriting skills across email, social, and web.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise campaigns.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at pace.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning your workload.
  • A collaborative team player with great attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Pre‑employment screening required, including basic RTW checks and two years of referencing; start date may be adjusted to accommodate completion of screening.
  • UK‑based role – hybrid or remote work must be within the UK.
Desirable
  • Experience in the housing, technology or care sectors.
  • Experience managing websites and landing pages via Hub Spot CMS or a similar platform.
  • Background working in a small, agile marketing team.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience.
  • Hub Spot Academy certifications and/or CIM qualification.
  • Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe.
  • Understanding of the UK housing sector and B2B procurement challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Run high‑impact digital campaigns across Linked In, paid ads, and email.
  • Create and schedule engaging social content that builds Appello’s brand and voice.
  • Manage and optimise Linked In Ads to drive quality B2B leads.
  • Build smart email journeys and automation in Hub Spot to nurture, upsell and cross‑sell.
  • Track performance and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Keep Hub Spot, website content and landing pages clean, compliant and conversion‑focused.
