• Lead and further develop the SAP Competence Center, including team setup, ways of working, and service delivery model
• Ensure stable, business-oriented operations of the existing SAP landscape while driving continuous improvement
• Take a leading role in the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4

• Collaborate closely with business units to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions
• Manage and steer external partners and suppliers to ensure quality delivery and alignment with business priorities
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across IT and the wider organization through SAP expertise and leadership

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in SAP application management, consulting, solution delivery, or SAP Business Partner roles within complex environments
• Strong expertise in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4
  
  HANA, including process integration, support models, and change governance
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style with the ability to perform under pressure
• Strong team spirit, ownership mindset, and passion for collaborating with business and project stakeholders
• Project management certification and MS Office proficiency are a plus
• Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken
