E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Coordinator

About Us
We are a growing e-commerce business specializing in smart bidet seats, non-electric bidet seats, and personal hygiene products. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to support our daily operations, customer service, and e-commerce activities.

Responsibilities
Manage customer emails and live chat inquiries.
Respond to order, delivery, return, and product-related questions.
Update and maintain product listings across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and other sales channels.
Monitor pricing, inventory, images, and product information for accuracy.
Coordinate small website updates with our developer.
Identify and report issues such as broken links, incorrect listings, or product sync problems.
Assist with administrative tasks, supplier follow-ups, and basic reporting.

Requirements
Strong written English communication skills.
Experience in e-commerce, customer service, administration, or operations.
Excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable using Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Google Sheets, email platforms, and live chat tools.
Reliable, organized, and proactive in managing tasks.
Ability to follow instructions while taking ownership of responsibilities.

Nice to Have

Experience with Shopify, Word Press, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.

Work Schedule
This is a remote position.
Working days:
Monday to Saturday.
